Linda Leyrer

Instructor in Music

Linda Leyrer made her professional opera debut singing the roles of Tonina in Antonio Salieri’s Prima di Musica e poi le parole and Madame Herz in Mozart’s The Impresario for Dayton Opera’s celebration of the Mozart bicentennial. In addition to teaching voice at Cal State Fullerton, Linda is presently a member of the voice faculty at Irvine Valley College. Prior to teaching at CSUF, Linda taught private voice at Ohio University School of Music in Athens, Ohio. She is a graduate of Chapman University School of Music, and received a master’s degree and completed course work for her doctorate in voice from the Indiana University School of Music in Bloomington, Indiana.
