Dr. Rebecca Rivera completed her Doctorate of Musical Arts degree in bassoon performance at the University of Southern California. She joined the California State University, Fullerton music faculty as an adjunct lecturer in bassoon in 2004. Rebecca regularly plays with many ensembles throughout Southern California, including the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. In addition to her teaching position at Cal State Fullerton, Rebecca teaches bassoon reed making at the University of Southern California. Rebecca has studied with Rose Corrigan and Judith Farmer.
