Problems Found:
Checkpoint C, color: Contrast is not adequate for the titles (white font) and light blue background:
- Foreground:#FFFFFF Background:#9CADC5
- colour difference:239/brightness difference:85
- The difference in brightness between the two colors is not sufficient. The threshold is 125, and the result of the foreground and background colors is 85.
- The difference in color between the two colors is not sufficient. The threshold is 500, and the result of the foreground and background colors is 239.
There are similar issues with the gray and light-blue text on the page.
Checkpoint G, simple tables: Layout tables do not use the "summary=" element. (This is a "best practice," not a "failure".)
Evaluation: Color issues need to addressed. This page also has HTML header issues.
2007 Summary
