Why do I see a broken link for the webcam image?
You may need to refresh your browser if the image does not load the first
time (Netscape browsers).
2. Why
can't I see view the image after I click on "1 second refresh"?
You may view the 1-second refresh image only if you have a high speed
connection. It will not work from a 56k or slower modem.
3. How
do I view a larger streaming image?
To view the streaming image, you must have a high-speed connection to
view the streaming image such as a cable modem or LAN.
a) Select one of the campus views;
b) Click on the "Streaming" link;
c) If you are viewing the image from Internet Explorer, you will be prompted
to install the Webcam ActiveX control on your computer. Follow the instructions
on the download page to install the component. After you install the Active
X control, restart your browser;
4. Why
does it ask to install an ActiveX control when I ask for the streaming
images?
If
you are using Internet Explorer, the browser requires an Active X control
to view the steaming media. Follow the instructions on the download page
to install the Active X component.
