WorkAbility IV Program

Career exploration and job placement services for students with disabilities

The WorkAbility IV Program (WAIV) is a collaborative effort between California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) and California State Department of Rehabilitation. 

Mission- WAIV is dedicated to providing customized career development and job placement services to assist eligible students with securing and retaining employment.

Eligibility- To be eligible for participation in the WAIV program you must qualify to be a client with the California State Department of Rehabilitation and be a Junior/Senior or recent graduate from CSUF.

Services-WAIV offers career development services including:

  • Internship and Job Search
