Virtual Appointments with CICE
Before you book an virtual appointment, make sure you really need one. Most questions CICE receives can be answered over the phone. You can call us at (657) 278-3746 for any of the following:
- Assistance with the CICE Registration
- Questions about finding a internship or service site
- Updates on internship or service site approvals

Typically, appointments are required if you have a complex problem or you need a visual walkthrough of a CICE Process.
To book a virtual appointment with CICE, click the link below and make the following selections:
- Log in with your campus ID and password
- On the left menu, click Appointments
- In the top right, click the Make Appointment button
- For Type of Appointment, select Other Services
- For Service, select Academic Internships
- Click Find Available Times
- Select appointments from the options available
