Student Club Sports Registration System
The Student Club Sports Registration System is a web application created specifically for Players, Captains, and Safety Officers. Players now have one online location for all their particular, health insurance, emergency contacts, and payment fees. You can login in anytime, from anywhere to have access to the Club Sports registration information.
There are 3 important steps to register for a Club Sports team.
this includes a $35 per semester payment (nonrefundable).
Club Sports Player Orientation
(link to TAB 2B) through your CSUF Student Portal in the Student Training tab.
Verify with the club president to ensure that the registration and all online trainings have been cleared. (Please allow 24 hours for the informatin to update on the president portal)
Before you begin to fill out the membership application*, please have all the following documents available to help you gather the information you will need to successfully complete this process.

Credit/Debit Card payment $35 per semester (non-refundable)**
If you do not have access to a credit/debit card, please contact Club Sport Administrator at Student Life & Leadership office (TSU-247).
Health Insurance coverage
CPR and/or First Aid Certificate (minimum of two certified members required per team)
* If you are under 18 years of age, please visit Club Sports Administrator at SORC office (TSU-247) before you begin to fill out the membership application.
** The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.
