Meet the CMS Team

The CMS Project team would like to welcome two new business analysts to focus on the implementation and maintenance of the CMS Finance module. The business analysts will work closely with the finance subject matter experts, user work teams, and other members of the campus to ensure a successful implementation of CMS Finance.

Shelly Montoya, has come to Cal State Fullerton from Cal Poly Pomona. She has served as a member of the Cal Poly Pomona implementation for both the 7.4 and 8.4 applications in which she was responsible for system testing, patches, fixes, and interfaces. With over 20 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Shelly’s primary focus at CSU Fullerton will be supporting the Accounts Payable module work team.

Allyson Bates, has come to Cal State Fullerton from KPMG where she served as Senior Associate. With over 15 years of experience, Allyson spent 5 years working with PeopleSoft and acting as a PeopleSoft 8 Consultant. In her new role as the CMS Finance business analyst lead, Allyson will work across all the module work teams: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Budget, and Procurement.
