Michelle Totten Assistant Director, CMS Project

Fullerton’s CMS organizational focus on staff, fit gap sessions with module and user work teams and various methods of communication, including this newsletter, CMS Project Watch, ensure that CSUF’s CMS project will be a success.”

As assistant director, Michelle manages planning and daily operations for the project. She works with stakeholders and other project participants to ensure that all needs are considered for the CMS implementation. At CSUF since January 2004, Michelle spent 14 months in Contracts and Procurement as a procurement/contract analyst. Prior to CSUF, Michelle spent four years at CSU Long Beach as CMS project specialist where she was responsible for the project office administration, standardization of training, help desk support, and communication for the HR and Finance implementations. In addition, she was co-lead for the Finance Purchasing module.

CSUF Implementation Partner

Io Consulting, Inc. is Fullerton’s implementation partner for the CMS HR and Financial systems. The firm has provided both consulting and project management services at 17 CSU campuses and the Chancellor’s Office.

Steve O’Donnell
HR Functional Lead Consultant

Steve has over 7 years of PeopleSoft experience. He has managed multiple HR/Payroll implementations and has intimate knowledge of the CMS baseline technical infrastructure. He has helped 17 other CSU campuses with their CMS - HR implementations.

Pam Schipporeit
Finance Functional Lead Consultant

Pam is a senior financial consultant with 19 years of accounting and auditing experience. Her background includes 7 years of PeopleSoft financial application implementations and project management in the higher education, municipal government and communications industries.

Dan Cavanagh
HR Technical Lead Consultant

Dan is a certified PeopleSoft Technical consultant with experience in all implementation phases and upgrades. He has worked on 6 CMS implementations and was the technical resource on the original CMS HR prototyping effort. Dan has technical expertise in PeopleTools/Application Designer, SQR, SQL, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
