CMS Security ensures all users with access to any application in CMS has completed the required forms and received approval from appropriate authorities.

CMS Security works closely with Training and Support to ensure all users are notified of the training required BEFORE access is given.

How Do I Obtain Access?

CMS will send an email when the user can enroll in the appropriate training.  When the user completes the required training, access for the specific function will be granted.

If you are uncertain what type of access you need, please refer to CMS Human Resources Security Roles or CMS Finance Security Roles.
