Meet the Team
All Documentation and Training Specialists are responsible for developing and delivering training to all levels of end users.
- Develop course manuals with accurate and up-to-date content
- Develop training curriculum with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts
- Deliver training to users
- Develop training tutorials using various software
- Serve as a member of the CMS Communications Team
- Serve as a member of each Project Management Team
- Maintain Training and Support webpage
Sarah Cordett has worked for Information Technology as a Communications Specialist from 2001 to 2004 after graduating from the University of Texas, Austin with a degree in English literature. In December 2004, Sarah joined the CMS Project as a Documentation and Training Specialist where she is currently focused on training and communications.
Shauna Cruz joined the CMS Training team in February 2007. She came to Fullerton with more than three years of experience working with PeopleSoft HR as both an end user and core user for CSU Maritime Academy and Stanford University School of Medicine. She graduated from Stanford University in 2002 with a B.A. in Psychology. Shauna is currently dedicated to the Finance 8.4 implementation team.
Lyn Ledyard, a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in marketing and international business, started her CMS career as the Project Coordinator in August 2004. She is the lead Documentation and Training Specialist and is currently focusing on the HCM 8.9 upgrade.
Vaughn Masterson joined the CMS Project in September 2007 as a Training and Documentation Specialist. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and from CSU Dominguez Hills with a MBA. Vaughn will be working with the Campus Solutions 8.9 implementation team.
