Wellness Workshops

Hosted by Counseling and Psychological Services & Disability Support Services


Stress: Wednesday, October 9th 2:30-4PM in GH 148AB

Identify how stress impacts you and increase skills/tools to
decrease stress.


Mood: Friday, October 11th 1:30-3PM in GH 148AB

Learn how to understand and accept your emotions.
Develop skills to increase positive emotional experiences.


Thought: Wednesday, October 16th 2:30-4PM in LH 210

Learn how your thoughts impact your mood and behavior.
Gain skills to modify negative thoughts and beliefs.


Sleep: Friday, October 25th 1:30-3PM in GH 148AB

Learn common myths and patterns of sleep. Learn
sleep hygiene skills to help improve your sleep.


All workshops are Drop-in; no sign-up necessary. Students  who need verification of attendance must arrive within 10 minutes of start time.
