Healthy Relationships Process Group

Learn how to establish and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships in an 11-week group designed to explore relationships from your perspective.

Meets every Wednesday from 4-5:30 p.m. starting late February.

Topics covered include:

  • Assertiveness skills
  • Communication style
  • How to build friendships
  • Communication barriers
  • Communication and intimacy
  • How past relationships affect current relationships
  • Healthy boundaries

Connect with others who may share similar challenges, aspirations, goals and dreams in this open group format.

Meditation Workshops

Take a break, be still and breathe in mindful meditation. Research evidences that meditation enhances well-being, reduces stress, increases relaxation and concentration and supports neuronal growth.

Abled Advocators

Partake in disability advocacy and leadership.

This Student Club focuses on topics such as: Inclusion and embracing diversity, disability awareness, education, history, advocacy and pride.

Membership fee is $10.

Meets on selected Wednesdays in University Hall (UH), room 148A from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
