TitanCard is the official multi-purpose University ID Card
for faculty, staff and students at CSUF.
As an employee, you are eligible for membership in
Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union.
A full-service branch is located on the second floor
of Titan Bookstore.
As a member, you may opt to use your TitanCard as your
OCTFCU ATM card. You
also will use your TitanCard to check out materials at the
Library and to verify eligibility for services at a variety
of locations on campus.
A discount is available to faculty and staff cardholders
at the bookstore on certain purchases.Your TitanCard features
the option of establishing a stored value account that can
be used to make purchases at many locations around campus.
TitanTender is accepted at the following locations:
campus eateries, Titan Shops, library copiers, computer
labs, TSU Information & Services, The Pulse Copy Center,
and selected vending machines. Benefits of using TitanTender:
- Fast, convenient
service
- No need to search
for change or uncrumpled bills
- Less need to carry
cash
- Discounts of 2.25%
at all campus-operated eateries
- No transaction charge
or monthly services fees or annual dues.
Make your initial stored-value
purchase at the TitanCard office.
Your subsequent options to add value include these:
- TitanCard office
with cash, check, or credit card; by mailing checks; or
through telephone credit card transactions
- OCTFCU members can
transfer funds electronically from checking or savings accounts
to their TitanCard account
- Cash-to-account
terminals located in the lobbies of UH and TSU, and the
second floor of Pollak Library
- The circulation
desk at Pollak Library with cash or checks
Withdrawals from TitanTender
accounts are not permitted.
Checks for refunds are issued only upon request when
you terminate your employment, and there is a fee. Back

Telephone Services provides support, consultation, and services
for the campus telephone and voicemail systems.
This includes installation, repair and logistical moves
of telephone equipment, cabling and wiring.
Teleconferencing systems, including video conferencing
equipment, and conference bridge capabilities are available
for faculty use. Training
classes are frequently offered.
The Telephone Services newsletter, Telecommunique,
is published on a monthly basis (check our web site for back
issues).
Campus telephone directories are supplied to all campus
members.
Telephone calling cards can be furnished upon request.

CSUF
Homepage
The address for the CSUF homepage is http://www.fullerton.edu/On-line
registration, class schedules, classlist (list of students
in faculty member's classes), catalog, and schedule of classes
are available via the homepage. The Cal State Fullerton homepage,
portals, and site navigation are designed and maintained by
IT's Web Services office. The web team is also available for
consultation on a variety of web issues.

The Help Desk provides a comprehensive level of technical
computing support to faculty, staff and students in several
specified areas. These include, but are not limited to, coordination
and installation of the university's standard workstations,
update and maintenance of the campus software on the standard
workstations, support of the President's Scholar notebook
program, distribution point of CSU licensed software, and
support for Titan Internet Access.

A campus email account and a 15MB mailbox are made available
for all campus faculty.For assistance with your email, please
contact the Titan Help Desk at x7777.To encourage class discussions
via email, class discussion groups are automatically created
in the Microsoft Outlook "Public Folders" for every class
section each semester.
