R11 Orientations

Spring 2013 Campus Orientations for TAs, GAs, and ISAs

Date:                     Friday, February 8, 2013
Time:                     9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Location:              TSU Theater (across from Portola Pavilion A)

Who can attend: All Academic Student Employees (GAs, TAs, ISAs)

What: In this informative session, students will receive information related to their position as a TA, GA, or ISA.  Students will learn strategies for teaching and managing in a classroom, and get basic training about FERPA.  There will also be a presentation by UAW Local 4123, the union that represents academic student employees.
