APPLICATION FILING PERIOD

OCTOBER 1, 2009 - NOVEMBER 30, 2009

Submit the following documents to the Guardian Scholars Program office prior to November 30, 2009:

• CSU Admission Application period (electronic only)

• Request to Waive Admission Application Fee form

• Guardian Scholars Application form

• Copy of the Ward of the Court documentation or a CSU, Fullerton, Dependency Override form

• Personal Essay

• Two letters of recommendation

• List of (5) five accomplishments

• EOP Application

• CSUF Housing Application

March 1, 2010 (sooner is better)

• Test scores: SAT, ACT (See www.collegeboard.org for registration & dates)

• Test scores: ELM & EPT (See www.fullerton.edu/testing)

March 2, 2010

• Deadline for FAFSA

• Deadline for Cal Grant
