Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation services are available to students through Health Services. The services are designed to meet the needs of students who can benefit from an exercise-based rehabilitation program in order to recover from a musculoskeletal injury.

A referral/prescription from a Health Services provider, during the current semester, is required in order to make an appointment. Prescriptions from outside physicians are currently not being accepted.

All appointments must be made in person or by calling the department: (657) 278-2860. Length and duration of treatment are determined by staff after the initial evaluation.

Please Note: There is a No Show Fee of $20 for cancellations and missed appointments made less than 4 hours in advance.

Can I fill a prescription written by an outside physician?

The CSUF SHCC pharmacy can only fill prescriptions written by a CSUF SHCC provider.

If the prescription is written by an outside provider and you would like to fill it at the CSUF SHCC pharmacy you must make an appointment with the SHCC to have one of our providers rewrite it for you.
