Summer Housing
Summer Housing is only available for current CSUF students who are actively enrolled in classes during the Summer Session. Summer Housing is only offered in our apartment-style housing. Summer Housing does NOT include Titan Dining Hall meal plan or dining dollars.
Students can apply for Summer Housing using the button below. The application will be available starting Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 10AM PDT. The application closes on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:59PM.

Roommate Request is Not Available for Summer Housing
Summer Housing is short-term and limited. Housing offers are given based on our availabilities. Roommate requests are not available. Summer residents will be grouped into units based on gender identity and the start/end of the Summer Session.
Payment Information
The total cost of Summer Housing is automatically split into 2 due dates regardless of which session you choose. You can pay it in full or by the pre-set installments. The 2 installment payments are due on Monday, May 4th, and Thursday, June 4th, 2026.

Next Steps
After you submit this application, please wait for a confirmation email. When you receive the confirmation email, you will be emailed the Summer 2026 Student Housing License Agreement to sign through AdobeSign. You MUST sign the license agreement within a week of receiving the email to secure your Summer Housing.
