How to Make a Maintenance Request

STEP #1

Log In

Log into the Housing Portal with the button below using your CSUF credentials.

 

HOUSING PORTAL

STEP #2

Choose Category

  1. Click on the Maintenance tab on the Housing Portal
  2. Choose the category that best fits your issue.

STEP #3

Fill Out Details

Please provide a clear and detailed explanation. This ensures that the facilities team can assess and resolve the problem more efficiently.

You should receive a response within 48 to 72 hours. You can submit work orders for both your bedroom and shared spaces.

Urgent Request?

If you have an urgent maintenance issue (e.g., gas leak, individual trapped in an elevator), please contact us immediately.

During Business Hours (M-F 8AM – 5PM)

After Hours
