Amenities
 All
residence hall facilities are for the use of current residence
hall students. Residents may host guests but guests must follow
all residence hall rules and must be accompanied by a resident
at all times. Guests who do not adhere to university or residence
hall policies may be asked to leave.
There are picnic and barbeque areas, a sand volleyball court
and a basketball court available for residence hall use from 8am
through 10pm Sunday through Thursday and till midnight on Friday
and Saturday.
 A
computer room, fitness room, quiet study lounges, and a big screen
TV are available for use on the first floor of Cypress.
A multi purpose room (MPR) where activities, programs and classes
are held is also located on first floor Cypress. The MPR also houses pool tables and an air hockey table.
Our single occupancy buildings are equipped with study rooms on each of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of each building.
The oval area in phase II also offers barbeques and tables for outdoor studying, and a grass area for picnics or just enjoying the outdoors.
The housing complex is also located very close to the Fullerton Arboretum, with an entrance located between Cypress and Willow.
