Network Connection
The residence halls are wired to provide electronic access to
the CSUF network and the Internet. From your room you are able
to access the University Library and other campus information
services, send and receive electronic mail, participate in class
discussions and connect to the WWW.
Your computer should have a 10/100 Ethernet card and a CAT5 patch
cable (not the same as a telephone cord) to connect to the campus
network. No modem is needed. For more information on residence
