Maintenance and Housekeeping
All maintenance and repairs in suites and public areas is to
be handled by the maintenance staff. Maintenance problems should
be reported on a Maintenance Request Form available at the Housing
Office. Every effort is made to respond to requests within 48
hours of receipt of the request by our maintenance staff. If the
problem cannot be fixed immediately, you will be notified as to
the status of the repair.
Housekeeping service is provided only in the public restrooms,
Multipurpose Room, study lounges, T.V. room and laundry room.
Even though this service is provided, it is expected that students
will clean up and pick up their own "messes".
By submitting a Maintenance Request you are authorizing our maintenance
staff to enter your suite/room to attend to the problem. We cannot
make appointments nor do you need to be present when the repairs
are made.
