What is a Community Coordinator?

A Community Coordinator is a live-in staff member responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential community within the Housing & Residential Engagement department, collectively managing a community of 2,100 residential students.                         

They enforce housing policies, support student conduct processes, and serve as residential conduct officers for minor policy violations. 

Together they develop educational, cultural, and social programs and events to promote student engagement and community development. As well as lead programming and events, and participate in a 24-hour duty rotation to respond to emergencies in the residential community.
