Get Connected

TitanCard

The TitanCard is the official identification card issued by the University to students, faculty, and staff.  You can get your TitanCard from the Pollak Library First Floor.

Mulit-factor Autentication (DUO)

To help better secure our online resources Campus has been working with DUO mobile app to add a secondary authentication when connecting to resources.  This is required for remote access, databases, or other services that could give access to user data.

When you log into campus services such as the Portal, Office365 and more, DUO will ask you to confirm your identity via your cell phone, mobile app or personal (non-CSUF) email address.

Wireless Network

When on Campus you can connect your devices to our mobile network.  We have connection methods for both campus users and community guests.  If you don't have your account set up yet you can still connect and use our network.

In-Person / Online Help

Academic Technology Center (ATC)

Visit the ATC in the Pollak Library, second floor, where you can get in-person support.

  • Pick up equipment
  • Password reset / account lockout
  • DUO mobile app setup / phone number updates
  • Wireless network connection
  • Campus software installation help

The ATC does not provide support for hardware issues on personal devices, or run malware, debug, or install personal software or operating systems.

IT Knowledgebase

IT training has created a huge knowledge base where we have our guides that will walk you through many of the processes on campus.

IT Apps and AI

iTuffy is the Campus chat bot which can help answer your questions.  It is a great resource 24/7 and is integrated with both websites and the iFullerton mobile app.  Some sites will have iTuffy or TitanGPT built into the page, or you can use the apps on your phone or get more information from the artificial intelligence site.
