Password & Mobile Device
Passcode Policy


CSU Fullerton has instituted a mandatory password and mobile device passcode reset period for all non-student accounts.  Passwords are to be changed every February, May and September regardless of last changed date.  

 

Mobile Device Passcodes now required:

Campus managed services, such as Outlook email, require that mobile devices be configured to use a mobile device passcode. Each device must be encrypted to assure compliance with CSU policy and audit requirements.  Mobile device setup to access the campus email system and/or Dropbox must be configured to support the use of mobile device passcodes.

Forgot Your Password?

Passwords will no longer be reset over the phone.
Go to the Academic Technology Center (PLS-237) in person with a valid photo ID.

If you setup security questions use employee forgot password to reset your password.
