Audio/Visual Project Request

The California State University, Fullerton Information Technology team offers professional support for campus departments planning their next Audio/Visual (AV) projects. Use this service to request assistance with upgrading, designing, or implementing AV solutions in conference rooms, classrooms, meeting spaces, and other campus facilities. Your Department IT Coordinator (DITC) can submit this request online.

Examples of A/V Project Requests:

  • Upgrading or replacing existing A/V systems
  • Designing and installing new A/V equipment
  • Consulting on technology solutions for specialized spaces
  • Coordinating vendor services and project timelines
  • Requests for digital signage

 

Who Can Request:

The Department IT Coordinator (DITC) of CSUF departments, colleges, and official campus organizations.

 

How to Submit a Request:

Submit your request by completing the A/V Project Support Request Form.

 

Please provide detailed information about your project goals, location, timeline, and any specific requirements. After you submit the form, an A/V service representative will contact you to discuss your request, gather additional details, and coordinate next steps.
