About Network

The Network team supports the technology backbone of the campus, delivering wired and wireless connectivity, infrastructure, and managed services to faculty, staff, students, and approved partners. Our goal is to provide a seamless, stable, and scalable network environment so the campus can teach, learn, research, and collaborate without being limited by connectivity.

What does Network do?

The Network team is responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the campus network infrastructure. This includes providing reliable wired and wireless connectivity, secure VPN access for remote users, and ongoing support to ensure stable, high-performance communication across all campus locations.

Services and Support

New Network Data Jack / Outlet Request — Submit a request when you need a new wired port in an office, lab or classroom.

Network Moves, Adds & Changes — When your department is relocating, re-configuring, or expanding, we handle the network aspects.

Guest Network & Event Connectivity — Temporary or permanent guest network setups for visitors, conferences, and special events.

Network Outage or Degradation Reporting — If you experience lost connectivity, or slow speeds, contact us and we will investigate.
