The class I want to take isn't on the calendar!

IT Training offers a large number of training classes and it is simply not possible to offer all of our classes each month. If you are looking for a specific class and do not see it on the current calendar, please email ittraining@fullerton.eduOpens in new window to let us know which class you are interested in.

Why was I assigned this training class?

IT Training typically assigns training classes by request. For example, you may be required to take FERPA training in order to get access to Student Success Reports. Most PeopleSoft/ERP classes are assigned to you when you request access to PeopleSoft.

On occasion, IT Training will assign mandatory training even if you have not requested access. These courses are typically assigned to meet audit or security requirements and an email will have been sent to you letting you know why you need to take the class.

If you are unsure as to whether you need to take an IT Training course or think you were assigned a course in error, please contact ittraining@fullerton.edu.
