A battle with COVID-19 changed everything for Anthony Attalla. Lying in a hospital bed, isolated from his family, he found unexpected inspiration in the nurses who cared for him. That experience led him to Cal State Fullerton’s highly regarded School of Nursing, where he turned vulnerability into purpose. Through advanced simulation labs, dedicated nurse coaching, and leadership opportunities, Anthony has built the skills and compassion needed to care for patients when they need it most. As he prepares to graduate, he’s ready to make an impact in intensive care units and eventually, as a nursing educator shaping future generations.
