Intersegmental Partnerships

The Center For Educational Partnerships organizes and supports educational and community-based initiatives aimed at helping students progress onto higher education. Our collaborative advocacy with school districts, community colleges, and CSUF focuses on policies and practices to intentionally develop early interventions and practices that expose and prepare students for a range of college and career options.

Anaheim Collaborative for Higher Education

The Anaheim Collaborative for Higher Education aims to enhance a seamless intersegmental pipeline to help students progress onto higher education, and be college and career ready.

Through the Anaheim Collaborative, CSUF is in partnership with:

  • Anaheim Union High School District
  • City of Anaheim
  • North Orange County Community College District (Cypress and Fullerton Colleges)
  • Tiger Woods Foundation
  • University of California, Irvine

Fullerton Educational Partnership 

The Fullerton Education Partnership is a commitment to provide all students with an intentional, comprehensive support system that is designed to ensure access to services that prepare students to successfully complete their college and career goals.

The Fullerton Education Partnership is a collaboration between CSUF and the following partners:

  • Fullerton Joint Union High School District
  • Fullerton College

Santa Ana Partnership

The Santa Ana Partnership is aimed at increasing student achievement, college going rates, and success in higher education for Santa Ana residents. The partnership is over 30 years old and was established in 1983.

The Santa Ana Partnership is possible through a collaboration between CSUF and the following partners:

  • Santa Ana Unified School District
  • Santa Ana College
  • University of California, Irvine
