Santa Ana Innovation Scholars Award

Santa Ana College (SAC) was selected to receive $5 million to help fund the Santa Ana Partnership. Santa Ana College shared a portion of this $5 million award with California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), and the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Each institution received $1 million. The endowment was established to enhance degree completion, academic success, and engagement at CSUF. The University is committed to raising and matching the $1 million grant. With this endowment, CSUF, through the Center for Educational Partnerships, can provide approximately $50,000 in scholarships every year to qualified CSUF students who graduated from Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) or transferred from Santa Ana College.

The McKenzie Scott-Jewett Fund for Student Success and Innovation will fund Titan Transfer Success. Partnering with six local community colleges, the funding will support the development of several events centered around transfer student success, including the Transfer Experience at CSUF and the Pathway Conference during which students learn about resources and support on campus.
