LEADERSHIP & MULTICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Cal State Fullerton is committed to graduating students who will be leaders in their professional careers and in their communities. The Dean of Students Office - Leadership and Multicultural Development Programs (LMDP) is currently the home of Greek Life, the Multicultural Leadership Center, the Student Leadership Institute, and the University Leadership Conference. These programs and services provide training opportunities and out-of-classroom experiences that encourage CSUF students to assess and develop the skills recommended for effective leadership and multicultural understanding.

Our programs and services help students understand the emotional, environmental, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational dimensions of wellness that are important for successful participation in student organizations or for being a leader. LMDP also serves as a resource to student leaders and cultural and Greek Life organizations through advisement and training on event planning, group development and organizational management.
