Eligibility
All currently enrolled students are eligible to receive services at the Student Health and Counseling Center (SHCC). Each semester, students pay $70 to SHCC through a Student Health Fee that is usually included on your University bill for that semester. This fee provides basic medical and counseling services to students, making services at SHCC either free or at a significantly reduced cost.
"Summer" Services
Students taking one semester off, usually because of summer, are eligible for services if they were enrolled in the previous semester and are registered, or expecting to register, for the succeeding semester, by paying the $70 Student Health Fee directly to SHCC.
Reciprocal Services
Students eligible for basic services at CSUF are eligible for basic services on all other CSU campuses at no additional cost.
