CAMPUS ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE (CAC)
The Office of Student Life & Leadership, in partnership with various campus departments, gather together approximately every 2 weeks during the Fall and Spring semesters to support student organizations in planning their events.
The committee provides advisement for student events in the areas of (including but not limited to):
- Risk management
- Event space logistics and guidelines
- Overall event planning
Why do I need to attend a CAC meeting?
You may need to attend a CAC meeting if your event needs additional advisement and consultation from SLL and various campus partners. The CAC meetings are designed to support and guide student groups through their event planning with the collective expertise of our campus experts.
How do I attend a CAC meeting?
SLL will assess all TitanLink event requests and determine if your event would benefit from the guidance of a CAC meeting. If SLL thinks your event would benefit from the meeting, we will contact you directly.
However, student organizations can request to attend the CAC meeting too! We welcome and want to help you. If you start to plan an event that you think may benefit from a CAC presentation, please contact SLL at studentlife@fullerton.edu or call us at 657-278-7622.
When and where can I attend the next CAC meeting?
CAC Meetings are held every other Wednesday throughout the academic school year from 11:00AM-1:00PM.
