COVID-19 Information

At this time, COVID-19 testing is limited and priority will be given to students who are experiencing symptoms or have recently been exposed and employees exposed on campus or required to test weekly.  Employees who have tested positive, are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, had a close contact on campus, are required to test weekly, or would be able to continue working or return to work sooner by testing are eligible to pick up a free COVID-19 self-test. For additional information, please visit the University’s COVID-19 website and view the "Testing & Vaccinations" tile. Employees may also obtain tests through Orange County Health Care Agency testing resources . Students seeking a test can schedule a testing appointment via the Titan Health Portal. Proof of Vaccination

Includes a picture or scanned copy of the COVID-19 vaccination card, or equivalent medical record with the following information: name, date of birth, type of vaccine, lot number of vaccine, date(s) of injection, healthcare professional or clinic site.
