At this time, COVID-19 testing is limited and priority will be given to students who are experiencing symptoms or have recently been exposed and employees exposed on campus or required to test weekly. Employees who are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed off campus should contact their health care provider or acquire a FREE test through Orange County Health Care Agency testing resources. Employees can schedule a surveillance testing or on-campus exposure appointment via the Titan Health Portal. Students seeking a test can schedule a testing appointment via the Titan Health Portal. Proof of Vaccination
Includes a picture or scanned copy of the COVID-19 vaccination card, or equivalent medical record with the following information: name, date of birth, type of vaccine, lot number of vaccine, date(s) of injection, healthcare professional or clinic site.
