Eligibility

Eligibility for women and men is based on income (at or below 200% of the federal poverty level) for all California residents who lack another source of insurance that covers family planning, or who have insurance but need to keep family planning services confidential. Your family size is determined by your marital status and any children you have. If you are not married and have no children, you are considered a family size of one. Since eligibility determination and confirmation is based on information given by your self report, you are not required to show a pay stub or other documentation to prove your eligibility. Please view the federal poverty chart below and the level income guidelines according to your family size.

To participate in the program at CSUF you must meet the requirements through the Family PACT program and also be a currently enrolled student.
