The Titan Hub is the go-to resource at CSUF for support with Admissions, Dean of Students Services, Financial Aid, Registrar, Scholarships, and Student Business Services (SBS).

Intake Specialist

Start at the front counter in Langsdorf Hall 114 to get help from an Intake Specialist. They can assist with general questions and direct you to the appropriate resources. You can also submit an E-Ticket online at fullerton.edu/titan-hub or call 657-278-3127 for assistance.

If additional support is required, an Intake Specialist may schedule an appointment with a Titan Hub Counselor.

Counselor Appointments

For in-depth assistance, schedule a same-day or next-day appointment with a counselor. Appointments are available in person, over the phone, or via Zoom, and are ideal for reviewing financial aid awards, resolving application errors, discussing your cost of attendance, or addressing other specific issues. To make an appointment, please contact our office.

Beyond the Hub

If your question or concern is beyond the scope of the Titan Hub, we will refer you to the appropriate department. For example, appeals such as Income Appeals or Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeals are handled directly by the Financial Aid Office. We’re here to guide you in the right direction and ensure you get the support you need.
