Contact Title IX and Gender Equity to make these types of reports:
- sexual harassment
- sexual exploitation
- sexual assault
- sexual misconduct
- dating violence
- domestic violence
- stalking
- discrimination based on sex, gender, or sexual orientation
- harassment based on sex, gender, or sexual orientation
- retaliation related to the above misconduct
Contact the Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Administrator (DHR Administrator) for reports of discrimination or harassment based on:
- age
- disability (physical and mental)
- genetic information
- marital status
- medical condition
- nationality
- race or ethnicity (including color, caste, or ancestry)
- religion (or religious creed)
- veteran or military status

Background
In conjunction with the CSU’s systemwide assessment of Title IX and DHR (Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation), Cal State Fullerton has formed a committee of Title IX and DHR leaders along with faculty, staff, and students to review and create a plan to implement the recommendations from the systemwide assessment. This committee is called Titans for C.A.R.E.: Creating a community free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, or just Titans for C.A.R.E. This is a site for the campus community and public to see the work of the committee and track our progress.
