What does COVID-19 mean for Title IX and Gender Equity operations?

In response to directives from the federal and state government (California Stay at Home Order), and state and local health agencies, Cal State Fullerton has transitioned to providing most services virtually due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.  Therefore, all functions and operations of the Title IX and Gender Equity department have transitioned to a virtual format.  Staff remain available by phone and email; meetings (including hearings and investigatory interviews) will be conducted via Zoom or other similar videoconferencing platform.  The online complaint process that has been available for several years remains live for students, employees and third parties to report potential policy violations.  Our staff will continue to respond to these reports within the timelines established by CSU policy.  For up to date information on CSUF's response to COVID-19, please visit http://coronavirus.fullerton.edu.
