HiSoft will check if colors are defined in your css properties. Next, it will check to see if background color is defined.  If your site has both color and background color, the site will be marked 'Passed'.

Example:
h1 {color: #000000;} and {background-color: FFFFFF;} = Passed
h1 {color: #000000;} only or {background-color: FFFFFF;} only = Failed
