Theron Moore is Professor of graphic design in the department of Visual Art at California State University, Fullerton. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he earned a B.A. in Graphic Design in 1991 and an M.F.A. in 2001. Moore has earned recognition for his design work in the United States and abroad, such as, awards from the American Alliance of Museums, Golden Bee International Biennale of Graphic Design \ Moscow, Brno International Biennial of Graphic Design \ Czech Republic, and the University & College Design Association. His work has been displayed in leading design publications, such as, Graphis Poster, Print Regional Design Annual, Communication Arts Type Annual, and How International. His students have also been included in exclusive national and international competitions, such as, Communication Arts Design Annual, Graphis New Talent, How International, I.D. Magazine, Step Inside Design, CMYK Magazine, Create Magazine, UCDA Design Awards, AIGA Flux18 Student Design Competition, and the AIGA chapters of California design awards. His former students live and work around the world, many of whom work at prominent companies such as Warner Brothers, Disney, Sony Entertainment, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Nook, Pandora, Atlantic Records, Mattel, Estee Lauder, Oakley, Vans, Obey, Quicksilver, PacSun, Fox Racing, Trek Bicycles, Monster Energy, Tyson Foods, The Seattle Seahawks, Jovenville Branding & Creative Newport Beach, TBWA\Chiat\Day LA, 30sixty Advertising LA, Meat & Potatoes Design and Branding LA, Saatchi & Saatchi LA, The New York Times, and Pentagram NYC.
