Student Recital Scheduling Appointment
To request an appointment to schedule your recital, please fill out the form below and click submit.
- Appointments will be scheduled in the order received, within your type of recital (597, 498 or 398).
- You will receive an email with your appointment time within 24 hours.
You must have attended the Recital Meeting or passed the Comprehension Quiz with 100% in order to receive a scheduling appointment.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you enter the correct last 4 digits of your CWID.
This is used to match your request to you record in our student system.
Incorrect entries may delay your appointment time.
