Practice Room Scheduling
Accounts are reset at the begining of each semester and will be active by the second week of classes.
How to get started
- Check your email for a setup email from Skedda. Click the link to finish setting up your account.
- If you did not get an email:
- Click Reset your Login
(link is also on the log in screen)
- Enter your CAMPUS EMAIL (ending is @csu.fullerton.edu)
- Click the Send Reset Link button.
- Check you email for message with a link to finish resettingyour password.
- Either dowload the Skedda App, or go to CSUFCPAC.skedda.com
, and log in.
How to Reserve a Room
- Open the App or go to CSUFCPAC.skedda.com
- Navigate to your desired start time with the slider at the top of the screen.
- Avaiable rooms will have a green dot, already reserved room will have a grey dot.
- Click on the green dot for an avaiable room, select your time, and fill out the form.
- When you arrive for your reservation, be sure to Check-In in the app or on the website.
You can check in up to 10 minutes after your reservation start time.
If you do not check in in time, your reservation will be removed and the room made avaiable for others to book.
Availability
To ensure that all music students to have access to the Practice Rooms, the following use limits are in place.
- Practice rooms are avaiable 24-hours a day with an after-hour permit from the School of Music office.
- During prime hours (M-F, 7:00a - 6:00p), instrument/vocal rooms are limited to 2-hours.
- During prime hours (M-F, 7:00a - 6:00p), piano rooms are limited to 4-hours.
- During non-prime weekday hours (M-F, 12:00a - 7:00a and 6:00p - 12:00a), use is limited to 4-hours per session.
- During the weekends, use is limits to 6-hours persession.
