GET FRESH WITH CALFRESH

In this presentation, BNS staff will help students learn about CalFresh, how students can be eligible, review where and how CalFresh benefits can be used, and show a demo application so students can apply on their own.

In this presentation, BNS staff will break down the myths associated with CalFresh by examining what food insecurity its, demystify common myths surrounding CalFresh, and discuss how CalFresh can benefit students.

CALFRESH OUTREACH & ENROLLMENT DAY

CalFresh Outreach and Enrollment Day is a one day, on-campus event where potentially eligible students can complete CalFresh applications and interviews with County of Orange Social Services Agency! This event is for Orange County residents only, but non-OC residents can attend to learn about CalFresh or ask general questions. Non-OC residents who would like support with their CalFresh application can contact Basic Needs Services or utilize the CalFresh Drop-In Hours for support.

Students can schedule an appointment via bit.ly/csufcfoed to participate in one of the upcoming CalFresh Outreach and Enrollment Days. Due to limited appointment availability, students are encouraged to schedule an appointment prior to the event. Limited walk-in appointments will be available for each event. Please note students only need to attend one day.
