BOLD Community College Transfer Cohort 2

• Students who are female and/or identify as female
• Junior standing (as of Fall 2017)
• Have completed an Associate Degree, for Transfer (AA-T or AS-T) at a California Community College, or an Associate's Degree out of California
• Have committed to a major and/or area of study
• Full-time status
• Good academic standing
• Available to live on campus at the beginning of Fall 2017
• Exceptional leadership abilities - demonstrated though action (both formal and informal)
• Strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability or desire to facilitate challenging discourse
• Demonstrated passion for social equity
• Demonstrated ability to work well in groups

*The BOLD Scholars are required to live on campus. Campus housing will be funded as part of the BOLD scholarship. Scholars are expected to move in Fall 2017.
