The federal Title IX Regulations (34 C.F.R. § 106.45(b)(1)(iii)) require campuses to post the materials used to train Title IX personnel, such as coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and those facilitating informal resolutions. The Cal State Fullerton Office for Civil Rights and Equity's training materials can be found on the California State University Title IX webpage.

The 2020 Title IX Regulations  require  educational institutions that receive federal funding and abide by the federal law of Title IX to publicly post materials used to train their Title IX coordinator(s), investigators, decision-makers, and informa l resolution facilitators. Below , the Office for Civil Rights and Equity lists its staff members along with the materials used to train them for their respective responsibilities.

The Executive Director for Civil Rights & Title IX Coordinator:

  • Is primarily responsible for monitoring, supervising, and overseeing the overall campus-wide implementation of and compliance with Title IX and the CSU Nondiscrimination Policy
  • Monitors, supervises, and oversees tasks, including reviewing investigative reports before they are finalized to ensure that the investigation was sufficient, appropriate, impartial, and in compliance with the relevant Policies and Procedures
