When are the sale dates for the Stole/Sash?

     The link in the email will go live on Monday, March 22, 2021 and will close on Friday, April 2, 2021 at 11:59pm.

Where will the sales take place for the Stole/Sash?

All sales will be conducted via Eventbrite.

How will students get the Eventbrite link?

Only those who are sent an email will receive the purchase link.

Who can purchase a Stole/Sash?

Graduates for Fall 2020, Spring 2021, or Summer 2021 who identify as Latinx, Hispanic, Mexican, Cuban, and/or South or Central American.

What do I need to purchase a Stole/Sash?

You need a valid CSUF CWID. Your CWID is your promo code to open the Eventbrite link to order the Stole/Sash.

What form of payment can I use to purchase the Stole/Sash?

Mastercard and Visa can be used to make a purchase.

How many Stoles/Sashes can I buy?

Only one (1) per graduate

When can I pick up the Stole/Sash?

Due to COVID-19, sashes will be shipped directly to the student's permanent home address. Delivery can  take 6-8weeks from the close of sale.

When can I expect to pick up the Stole/Sash after purchase?

As previously stated, student sashes will be shipped and delivered to their home. It can take 6-8 weeks after the close of the sale.

What if I purchase the Stole/Sash and decide I do not want it?

Sorry, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

I no longer live near campus, can I still order the Stole/Sash?

Yes, as sashes will be shipped directly to the student's home address.

Can I buy a Stole/Sash for a friend?

No, each purchase is linked to a CSUF CWID and it can only be used once.

What If my Stole/Sash arrives after my Graduation party can I get a refund?

NO, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 I went onto the Eventbrite link my friend sent me to purchase the Stole/Sash and entered       my CWID. Why is it not working?

This can happen for two reasons: 1) You were not listed on the original graduate list entered for Eventbrite. Or 2) Your CWID was already recognized as having been utilized to purchase the limit of one (1) Stole/Sash. If this occurs and you believe neither reason applies to you, please email CLFSAatCSUF@gmail.com

What color is the 2021 Stole/Sash?

This year's sash is white with sarape colors.

What color have the past Stoles/Sashes been?

Past colors have been red, white, orange, yellow, brown, green, black, and cobalt blue.

What do I do if I cannot make the dates to pick up my Stole/Sash?

Not applicable this year as sashes will be shipped directly to student's home address.
