DIRC is home to eight identity-based resource centers that serve as vibrant hubs of belonging and student success. Each center provides inclusive spaces where students can explore and celebrate their identities, build community, and engage in co-curricular opportunities that support academic, personal, professional, and leadership development.

Grounded in equity-minded practices, the centers celebrate the cultural wealth and lived experiences of diverse communities while also welcoming students of all identities to learn, connect, and thrive together. Through these spaces, DIRC advances its mission of fostering inclusive excellence and empowering every Titan to reach their fullest potential.
