If you are a graduate seeking accommodations for a commencement ceremony, please complete the 2024 Commencement Request for Accommodations Form.

Note: Please be sure to sign into your CSUF email/account to access the CSUF Google form. Students signed into personal Gmail accounts will not have access to the CSUF Google form.
