Allopathic medicine is the practice of the traditional or conventional Western medicine and it is biologically based approach to healing. A M.D. is a typical medical doctor, but have a preference to treat patients using counteractive methods.
Education: MD degree, medical school is four years in length. The first two years concentrate on didactic learning of the basic sciences and the second two years focus on clinical training in the hospital. After completing medical school physicians will enter residency-training program from 3-8 years.
